Bristol Memory Walk

Over the last year, I have had the honour of delivering my workshops in care homes.
Spending time with residents - getting to know them individually and hearing stories from the past has been a moving and often eye-opening experience. I feel very honoured and privileged to meet every single person and share time together.
So this walk is for all of them! The brilliant individuals I have met, who have taught me so much.
Did you know?
Dementia is the UKs biggest killer.
1 person develops it every 3 minutes.
Currently there is no cure.
Dementia affects everyone differently. Sometimes it affects memory, sometimes behaviour, you never know which curve ball it will throw you.
The research and support the Dementia UK charity offers helps support approximately 982,000 people who are living with dementia in the UK in 2026.
