Email me a list of you residents names (first names only please for GDPR purposes). If there are duplicates of names, I will make the amount you tell me. Please also email the number of residents you have sent, so I can double check.
If ordering a care home heart or satin trees, please email the name of your home and I will confirm with you what satin colours I have to choose from.

If you have a workshop booked with me, I can deliver these gifts at the same time. Otherwise, your order will be posted by Royal Mail Tracked delivery.

Please email me with the products you are interested in; personalised resident hearts/ care home heart/ satin trees and then if applicable a list of first names of your residents.
I will then email you an invoice, including postage if applicable.
Please note that if I have not worked with your home before, this invoice will need to be paid before I begin to make any gifts.
Once the remittance advice has been received or confirmed by accounts, I will begin to make your gifts.

This depends on other workshops and gifts I have booked at the time, and the time of year.
However the delivery date will be confirmed during our initial emails and I will always keep you dated on the progress throughout.
If there is a date you require these by, please let me know at the time of ordering.
