Business Terms & Conditions

Allergy Disclaimer

All products and workshops at Fabric Sewn Beautiful contain natural dried lavender. While lavender is known for its calming properties, some individuals may have sensitivities or allergies to lavender. If you or the recipient have known allergies, please check before purchasing or booking a workshop. I recommend consulting a healthcare professional if you have concerns about sensitivity to lavender.

Fabric Sewn Beautiful is not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur.

A signed disclaimer form must be completed prior to the session. By signing, you confirm that:

  • You understand lavender will be used and take full responsibility for any reactions.

Purchase of any gifts means you take full responsibility for any reactions that may occur to either yourself, within your household or the person you are gifting this to.

Custom orders policy

Personalised orders are made as requested at the time of purchase. Please double-check spellings and customisation details before confirming your order.

If you have a specific request, please contact me before ordering to discuss feasibility.

As each gift is handmade especially for you, full payment is required before I begin making your order.

Processing and Shipping

Each item is handmade to order. Processing times will be discussed and agreed before payment. All orders are sent using Royal Mail’s Tracked service. You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch, and shipping usually takes around 3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery times are subject to the carrier’s service. I cannot be held responsible for postal delays, but I will always assist where possible.

Workshops

Workshop bookings are non-refundable but can be rescheduled. Please contact me directly to request rescheduling. If a workshop is cancelled by me due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
